Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Smyrna, TN

American Trucking Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van role that provides weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Position Overview:

• The freight is primarily dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical work.
• Drivers can earn between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, depending on performance and mileage.
• The operating area includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
• Our fleet consists of late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour for layovers after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Process:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at several locations, and we provide transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
