Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that promises weekly home time with minimal physical activity? Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that ensures you return home each week.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes guarantee steady miles while allowing you to balance family time and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model trucks, such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Most freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This results in minimal physical work, enabling you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
