Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Warren, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Midwest with top-quality equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Home each week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain essential family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive our fleet of late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily involved with dry van freight, enjoying 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, dependent on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes covering Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

- $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
