OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Odessa, DE by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

What you'll do:
- Operate solo dry van routes, load and secure freight, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate trip documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routing and delivery needs.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience; reliable and safety-oriented.
