Eclectic Logistics is recruiting lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Bear, DE offering competitive earnings and a one-year path to ownership. Drivers operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors, manage securement of varied flatbed freight, and perform required inspections and documentation.

Responsibilities include:

Safely transporting and securing loads to industry standards.
Performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Completing logs, freight paperwork, and staying in contact with dispatch.

Support includes pet and rider-friendly policies, 24/7 driver support, routine equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive. Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000.
