Operating in Milford, DE and surrounding routes, Eclectic Logistics offers a supportive lease-purchase flatbed program that prioritizes driver satisfaction and reliable freight runs. Your day-to-day includes load securement, pre- and post-trip inspections, tarping when required, and maintaining communication with dispatch to ensure on-time service.

Compensation & ownership: Drivers receive 80% of gross with typical weekly gross between $7,500 and $10,000 and a lease-to-own track intended to deliver ownership in about one year. Equipment consists of 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models.
