Serving Seaford, DE and regional customers, Eclectic Logistics delivers flexible flatbed lease-purchase opportunities with strong driver support. Daily responsibilities include securing and hauling loads, conducting pre/post-trip inspections, tarping as needed, and coordinating with dispatch to maintain schedule reliability.

Compensation & ownership: Drivers earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross between $7,500 and $10,000 and access to a lease-to-own pathway aimed at ownership in about one year. Equipment provided includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models.
