Home Time: Typically, you'll be out for 1-2 weeks depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur occasionally. Your schedule will run from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, all under three years old, including models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, focusing on automotive loads with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week, based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most routes will be east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the opportunity to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
