Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, although some may experience 2-week stretches. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for maintaining 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
